Group Yoga Therapy
Group Yoga Therapy is ideal for people who want the benefits of individualized sessions with the support of learning in a community setting. These sessions provide an accessible way to experience the benefits of Yoga Therapy in a more affordable format.
Our signature series, Sistas Yoga Series™ is an intimate 6-week series of sessions to engage and support your healing journey using yoga, meditation, self-care techniques, and community. We address topics such as stress relief, chronic pain, and trauma recovery. Join our next group session here.

Workshops + Speaking Engagements
We offer our vibrant and soulful workshops on women’s and girl’s health at events in Baltimore City and beyond. Workshops are ideal for non-profit organizations, schools, community health centers and more. Teacher Training + Retreats
Our engaging workshops have been taught at retreats throughout the U.S. on topics such as: Self-care through Advocacy, Yoga for AIDS, and Self-Care as Resistance. Our lead yoga therapist, Nazaahah Amin, is certified as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider) and is in the development stages of our all-new yoga teacher training program set to launch in 2022.
